Training Class
2024 Trainees do not need to pay additional membership dues for the year. See New Class page for application forms if you have not applied.
Payment is due by January 31. If you prefer to mail your payment, submit with this form.
Graduates' name tags are included with Training. This is only if you need a replacement or would like an extra. Contact Robert in April if you need one. Making a payment here does not notify Robert that you want to order one.
T-Shirts
Orders must be in by January 4. Orders must be picked up, they will not be shipped. We will contact you on how to pick up the shirt. Trainees will already receive a shirt.
To request a check or reimbursement for items purchased by you for STBC-TMN, please print and fill out this form.
For partial State Meeting Reimbursal, use this form and submit proof of registration once you have completed the required volunteer hours.
