Christina Mild presents on last winter's extreme cold and how it affected our plants. Mild studies and teaches about native plants, volunteering with revegetation and maintenance at Hugh Ramsey Nature Park in Harlingen. Mild's background includes a master's degree in Biological Sciences. She has taught various aspects of science and the environment to people of all ages. She is also active in the Native Plant Project.
