John Brush put together the Rio Grande Valley report on our results from the 2024 City Nature Challenge. It includes some cool observations and a lot of other info and comparisons to past years. A lot of TMN members and chapter friends among the top participants. I heard from several new participants who said they had fun. As always, I had fun and wore myself out. It was so windy this year, that may have affected what we were able to observe. Could that explain the significant drop in the number of bird observations? Mothing was certainly a challenge because of the wind, but overall, insect numbers were better than ever.
