One of the benefits of becoming a Texas Master Naturalist is the educational field trips. We learned a lot about the landscape. Few of us had any idea there were natural hills in Edinburg. Bill Martin led us around the property discussing the sand hills and the family's native habitat restoration and conservation efforts. You can check out our iNaturalist observations here.
