Yesterday was our first in field trip for the class of 2022. It was nice to finally be in the field with a group of naturalists again. Last year, our class field trips were all virtual and the chapter didn't have many other opportunities to get together as a group. This field trip was on Native and Invasive plants to go along with last week's class presentations. John Brush, Urban Ecologist, gave us a tour of the native plants of Quinta Mazatlan and talked to us about native restoration efforts they are doing at the park.
