STBCTMN members volunteered many hours to complete Phase 3 of our Chapter Project, Atrium Renewal for the Vannie Cook Cancer Center in McAllen. The chapter is working with the Deep South Texas Master Gardeners and the Foundation at the center to provide an ADA compliant area that will serve as a place of respite and renewal for patients, patient families, and center staff.
Many members have worked to make this renewal project a reality. Thank you!!!
Where we started…. Virtually bare of plants. There was so much gravel and tarp to remove.
